Thank you for donating to DIGnity Supported Community Gardening. Your support will help us to enable people from all walks of life to engage in their local Community Garden and experience the therapeutic benefits of the enjoying gardening and the outdoors. In donating to DIGnity Supported Community Gardening you are agreeing to:

Refund Policy

Donations: Refunds for donations to our charity are given at the discretion of our management. While donations can be refunded if genuinely made in error, please ensure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidentally or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us.

Merchandise: If you are not satisfied with your product or would like a different size, we are happy to exchange it for a new one or refund your purchase price. For a refund/exchange please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange.

Event tickets: Refunds are available for event tickets if a cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the start of the event. The organisation may still charge a cancellations fee to cover administrative expenses.

Privacy Policy

DIGnity Supported Community Gardening respects the privacy of all individuals, companies and community organisations who donate money in support of our work. Personal information gathered through donations is entered into a secured database for receipting and communications purposes. We do not collect information other than that willingly provided and do not pass any information on to third parties.
